Vivian Vitale

Director

Vivian Vitale owns and operates Vivian Vitale Consulting, LLC, a consulting practice assisting organizations in the development of human resources and people management practices, since 2018, providing guidance and support in organizational transitions and coaching leaders for success.

Prior to consulting, from 2012 to 2018, Ms. Vitale held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources, at Veracode, Inc., a provider of application security testing, where she scaled the business from 100 to 600 employees globally, supporting a high growth SaaS business of approximately $150 million at the time of Veracode’s sale to CA Technologies in 2017. She played a key role in the acquisition, which marked the biggest M&A transaction in the application security space at the time. Prior to 2012, Ms. Vitale served as Senior Vice President at Care.com, Inc., an online provider of support services to families, and held senior leadership roles at RSA Security, Unica Corporation and IBM. At Unica she was part of the due diligence team that led the sale of Unica to IBM in 2010. At RSA, she scaled the business from 100 employees to 1,700, both organically and through nine acquisitions, before its acquisition by EMC in 2006.

Ms. Vitale currently serves as a Board member of NetScout Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTCT), a network performance management company, Vera3, an investment firm, Surprise HR Inc., an early-stage company that provides employee recognition solutions, and Family Services of Merrimack Valley (FSMV). She also serves on the Advisory Boards of Quantuvos and EforAll Boston, a non-profit. Ms. Vitale is National Association of Corporate Directors NACD Directorship Certified® since December 2022.
