Insight enables you to get insights from data by the reports you choose to analyze for the metrics that are important to you. You can define persona and lead scoring rules, segment your audience, based on visitor data collected, personalize and contextualize the experience, and so on.
Depending on your scenario, you track different types of data from different sources. For example, if you use data from a CRM system, you need to integrate it with Insight. In addition, you may want to filter data coming from employees browsing your site, and so on.
