What is the notification procedure from Progress to me if a ticket is raised?

After you log the case in SupportLink, within 15 minutes, Progress will open a support ticket and provide information outlining any issues discovered by Progress's monitoring tools. You'll be able to include specific people on the ticket to receive automatic notifications. You'll receive updates on the case from Progress every two hours.
