Edit message templates

Edit a message template

To edit a message template, go to the Message templates page and open the template for editing in one of the following ways:

To edit the content of the template, click it.
You can only edit the layout and the text of the template, but you can not change its type.
To edit the title of the template, click the Actions link of the respective template.
From the dropdown list, click Edit title, enter the new title and click Save changes.

NOTE: Changes made to the template will not affect the templates of any existing campaigns.

Delete a message template

You can delete a message template in the following ways:

On the Message templates page, select one or more messages and click Delete button in the toolbar.
On the Message templates page, click the Actions link of the respective template.
From the dropdown list, click Delete.

A dialog box appears where you must confirm the deletion.
