Bulk operations
Overview
On the Videos page, when you select more than one video by selecting their checkboxes, the Bulk actions dropdown appears in the toolbar.
You also see an indication of how many videos are selected and an option to Select all or Clear all.
Workflow operations
When you select more than one video and click Bulk actions, you can perform the following bulk operations:
- Publish
- Unpublish
- Schedule publish/unpublish
Change video properties
To edit video properties of more than one video at the same time, perform the following:
- Select two or more videos by selecting their checkboxes.
- In the toolbar, click Bulk actions » Video properties (bulk).
- For each of the videos, you can change the following:
- The Title of the video
- The Description of the video
The description that you enter in the input field appears as a tooltip for the video in browsers that support the ToolTips feature.
- Required custom fields
- Save your changes.
Assign tags and categories
To assign or delete the same tags or categories to more than one video, perform the following:
- Select two or more videos.
- In the toolbar, click Bulk actions » Assign tags and categories.
- Under Tags, click
(Select tags).
Perform one of the following:
- Enter a tag and press
ENTER.
- Start typing and click Show all tags.
Select all tags that you want to assign to all selected videos and click Use selected.
- Under Category, click (Select categories).
Perform one of the following:
- Select one of the recently used categories.
- Click Create a category.
- Enter the name of the category.
- Under Put this category…, select its parent category.
- Click Create this category.
- Start typing and click Show all categories, select the desired categories, and click Use selected.
- Save your changes.
Move to another library

Send for translation
If your website is translated in more than one language and you have a configured translation service, you can send more than one video for translation, using the Bulk actions menu.
