Most visited pages
Overview
PREREQUISITES: To use the Most visited pages widget, you need to set up the Sitefinity Insight connector. For more information, see Connect to Sitefinity Insight.
You use this widget to get an overview of the marketing performance of your pages. The widget displays information from the Sitefinity Insight data center, which is configured in the Sitefinity Insight Connector. For more information, see Connect to Sitefinity Insight.
The widget displays a table containing the top 30 most visited pages for your site.
From the drop-down in the top-right corner, you select the period for which you want the information. You can select to view information for the last 7 or 30 days.
For each page, you view the following information:
- Page name
- Page URL
- Total page views
- Unique page views
These page views are generated by unique visitors
To navigate to the respective page, click its name in the table.
You can also navigate to Sitefinity Insight to access the full Content report, which contains information about the marketing performance of your pages, documents, and videos. To do this, click View report in Insight.

NOTE: You need to have an account with the correct access permissions to Sitefinity Insight to be able to log in and access the full Content report.
NOTE: If you have configured your Insight data center to collect data from multiple data sources, and use the View report in Insight link, the Pages tab of Content report is filtered to contain only pages from the web site whose dashboard you used. However, the Documents and Videos pages of the Content report are not filtered.
Configure the widget
To configure the information displayed in the widget, in the design view of the dashboard, hover over the Most visited pages widget and click
(Edit).
The Most visited pages dialog opens. You can change the Title of the widget, as displayed in the dashboard, and the number of items per page of the widget.
