By default, the Mobile Formats module is activated. If you want to deactivate it, navigate to Administration » Modules & Services. Deactivate the Mobile Formats module.
To use mobile formats, you must first configure it for a the content type that you want to load instantly on mobile devices.

You deploy mobile formats, using the standard continuous delivery procedure. In addition to deploying folder ~/App_Data/Sitefinity/Deployment, you must also deploy folder ~/MVC
