We greatly value belonging, empowerment and encourage the mutual respect of others. We condemn all forms of racism, discrimination, hatred and inhumanity. These toxic forces undermine the values we hold dear and work exhaustively to cultivate in our company and our communities.
At Progress, we define belonging as a state of being accepted, valued and supported. In practice, we focus on the needs of every individual and we work hard to create the right conditions for each person to excel. As a global company, our many differences come naturally and that wonderous mix of humanity is one of our greatest strengths.
In addition to enhancing meeting norms and continuing its Mentorship Program, Progress has expanded its professional development offerings to include inclusive leadership training, an internal learning hub and an educational webinar series.

In addition, ERGs raised close to $20k in giving efforts and hosted multiple item drives for shelters, veterans and children in need.
